Once you understand the Uniform Commercial Code you understand that it is only about truths in commerce. There are no presumptions - everything is in writing, most often in very tiny or low contrast print or other deceptive tact to keep you from reading it or discouraging you subliminally from doing so. These are form of deception.

So what do you do when you find yourself stuck with such a contract? What are some of the remedies and where are they found in the UCC? Please no "patriot rhetoric", just the citation in the code.
