Amend your complaint as need and as the court allows it makes them crazy. They do it all the time but whe you are a pro per plaintiff or defendant you have the advantage as long as you do not abuse it.

Would you have an example of this? Perhaps a short complaint, then the ammended one?

I have seen it, as they have done this to me, but have no examples on hand. If you have something, would you please post it?
